Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring Water to a Boil

    Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add a pinch of salt.


  2. Add the Pasta

    Gently place your sourdough pasta into the boiling water and stir to prevent sticking.


  3. Cook with Care

    Let the pasta cook for about 4–8 minutes Stir occasionally.


  4. Check for Doneness

    Taste a piece—it should be tender with a slight bite (al dente).


  5. Drain & Serve

    Drain the pasta and serve warm with your favorite sauce, herbs, or nourishing toppings.
